In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "mpoo7" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the mpoo7 online gambling platform operated at https://mpoo7.net and all associated services, applications, and interfaces made available to registered players.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on the mpoo7 platform or who accesses or uses any part of the platform, whether or not a registered account exists.
• "Account" — the individual player account registered on mpoo7 through which all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and communications are conducted.

4. Account Transfer. Your mpoo7 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, gifted, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension.
5. Dormant Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. mpoo7 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 against the balance of dormant accounts, provided that the balance does not fall below zero as a result. Players may reactivate dormant accounts at any time by contacting support and completing the applicable identity verification process.

mpoo7 operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with international anti-money-laundering standards and responsible gaming best practices. The following KYC requirements apply to all accounts:

1. Verification Triggers. mpoo7 may request identity verification documents at any point during the lifecycle of an account, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a deposit exceeding Rp 10.000.000 in a single transaction, or where any unusual account activity is detected.
2. Required Documents. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
4. Expiry. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 7 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds and their associated winnings are automatically removed from the account balance.
5. Maximum Bonus Win. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a maximum cashout cap of Rp 5.000.000 per promotion. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the balance at the time of withdrawal.

1. Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by mpoo7. 2. Erroneous Odds and Prices. 6. Technical Failures. In the event of a game disconnection, server error, or platform outage during active play, mpoo7's server records constitute the definitive record of all game states, bets placed, and outcomes. Where a game cannot be completed and the server record is inconclusive, mpoo7 will void the relevant round and return the stake to the player's balance.

mpoo7 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and transparent gambling environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers or circumvent account restrictions.
• Colluding with other players on the platform, including in poker or live casino games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf.

• Laundering money or using the mpoo7 platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity. mpoo7 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of deposits made to mpoo7. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate permanent account closure and recovery action for the full disputed amount plus reasonable administration costs.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC verification process.

All content on the mpoo7 platform — including but not limited to the mpoo7 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of mpoo7 or its duly licensed third-party suppliers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mpoo7 platform solely for personal recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any mpoo7 content. Any unauthorised use of mpoo7's intellectual property may give rise to civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpoo7's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided thereunder shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their mpoo7 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mpoo7 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or any other indirect or consequential loss of any nature, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events, including disruptions to Indonesian banking infrastructure (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri systems), telecommunications network outages, government-mandated service interruptions (including during Nyepi or other public holidays), or cyber-attacks on the platform.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Losses arising from the player's reliance on any information or predictions published on the platform, including sportsbook statistics, tipster content, or promotional materials.
• Losses arising from compulsive gambling behaviour. mpoo7 provides responsible gaming tools and encourages their use, but the ultimate responsibility for controlling gambling expenditure rests with the individual player.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. The following conditions apply:

1. Closure by Player. You may request permanent closure of your mpoo7 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified cash balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending bonus wagering obligations.
2. Suspension or Closure by mpoo7. mpoo7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its absolute discretion, where: (a) a player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected; (c) the player's continued use of the platform poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to mpoo7; or (d) the player has self-excluded or is subject to a third-party exclusion order. 3. Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your licence to access the mpoo7 platform is immediately revoked. All outstanding wagering obligations are cancelled. Clauses 8 (Fair Play), 9 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) survive termination indefinitely.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial contract law. mpoo7 operates as an internationally licensed online gambling platform serving the Indonesia market. The platform's primary operational language is English.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mpoo7's internal customer dispute resolution process (described in Clause 15) shall be referred to binding arbitration under international commercial arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The award of any arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits mpoo7's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with the protection of its intellectual property, confidential information, or to prevent fraud.

mpoo7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect player rights in a substantive way — mpoo7 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform and, where possible, by email to the address registered on the affected player's account.

Continued use of the mpoo7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
